Battle of the Bands at RIBCO
Every Friday starting January 29th and ending February 26th

RULES
* Bands must submit music/website to
talent@ribco.com with "Battle of the
Bands" in the subject line for possible approval. Bands are not guaranteed
entry by submission alone. 9 bands will be selected.
* Bands must do a 45 minute set of original music. No Covers.
* Band members must be at least 18 years of age.
* Bands must provide thier own equipment. RIBCO and its staff are not
responsible for lost or stolen gear.
* There is no entry fee for Battle of the Bands
* RIBCO will provide a house sound and lighting engineer. No other person
can be used to run sound or lights during these events.
* Any band can be disqualified for improper conduct before, after or during
performance. This is a positive event to help showcase local talent.
* All Prizes subject to change without notice. No prize can be turned in for
cash. Any Refund /Defect on any product given away must be handled by
said sponsor.
* Voting on Battle of the Bands will be done by paying audience members.
Each Paying Audience member will get a single ballot to vote for thier favorite
band. The votes will be counted at the end of the night and the winner will
move on to the final round to be held February 26th 2010
* There will be a wild card round February 22nd for each second place winner
of the last three semi finals to move on to the final round held February 29th
